Michael S. Boyer

Mike has been in the Food Industry for over 40 years in various capacities including food service/restaurant operations, supply chain procurement and distribution, cooperatives and group purchasing , out-source procurement services, plus supply chain business development and client services.

He has worked for Burger King, Compass Group, Sodexo, and Bojangles, and interacted with several other notable Brands who were Clients, such as; Arby’s, Breaker’s, Cinnabon, Copeland’s, Harrah’s, Marriott, McAlister’s Deli, Med Assets, Popeyes, Quiznos, Sizzler, Starbuck’s, and Taco John’s.  While at Sodexo, Mike received a Company award for “Corporate Support Person of the Year”, and represented the USA in Paris, France, at the Sodexo Worldwide Innovation Forum.  During his career, Mike has been involved in the pioneering of several start-ups and was an integral part of the integration of the culture of several Companies as a result of mergers and acquisitions. Success he feels, starts with seeking to understand the needs of your customer, continuously exceeding those needs, and building lasting trust relationships with them.  Within your Company, your people are your greatest asset, and building a team environment that is fun, rewarding, yet challenging, is paramount to a “High-Performance” organization.

Mike has an MBA from Sacred Heart University and a Bachelor’s degree from Shippensburg University of PA.  He and his wife of 25 years, Carolyn have three boys.  When not focusing on work or family, he is probably watching NASCAR, fishing or hunting.
