SMS’s own Donna Eskew was tapped to participate in a panel as part of the National Restaurant Association’s Supply Chain Expert Exchange Spring Conference in Chicago.
Donna was on hand to discuss key areas of modern foodservice distribution. Panelist exchanged remarks on driver insights for overall efficiency, strategies to become a more attractive customer to distributors, and how and when to utilize re-distribution strategies for maximized inventory control, minimized waste, and cost savings.
